Bella is home safe. She returned home herself at 4am scratching at the door. Big relief for the family, neighbour's and Frances our volunteer who had been searching for hours. 

 Scamp is home safe. Thank you to the gentleman that called to let us know his friend picked Scamp up last night  to keep him safe. 

Chase has been found. We had a phone call this evening from a young lady who’s granddad found a dog near an industrial estate in Hathern today and took him home. She believed it looked like Chase and after confirming from photo with the owners they went to collect him from Leicester. 

Lola has been found and reunited. Well done to our volunteer Sarah for finding her in a garden close to home. 

Lenny is safe. Thank you to the lady who called after spotting him near Lodge Farm drive running towards the fields. We got the owner there quickly and following instructions they were able to catch him.

Pippa is home!  At 6.15 am Thursday 1/10 we got a phone call off of the owners, their daughter heard something at the door and when she opened it there was Pippa. This very clever girl made it home on her own from Bramcote Hills Park to Ilkeston. Welcome home Pippa. 

We had a call from a lady who had picked him up off the road near the play park near Morrisons and after knocking on a few doors took him home to Worksop until she could get him to a vets in morning. She saw our post and called.

Found safe at Sutton Passey. Owner received a call and has collected. 

Owner spotted her near a park and she ran back home. 

Bertie is safe. He was spotted behind a fence this morning, stuck behind a shed in a garden close to where he was last seen yesterday. Lizzie managed to grab his collar and get a slip lead on and wait for someone so she could go and work out which garden.  

Unfortunately although we had the drone there last night for some reason flying was jammed. 

Found safe. Sightings up near the recycling centre led us down towards the football pitches and a strip of wood where the owner’s family managed to secure her.

Luna has been found safely and handed in at a vets. Owner collecting.

Max is safe.

Kenzo is home. His owners took another dog out who seemed to get a scent and found him in the next field that had been checked many times. He’s safe and seems pleased with himself. 

Both Toffee and Coffee are now safe. Toffee was down a disused sett on side of steep bank down to old railway. He was heard by a family member so then a team of family and volunteers dug him out.

Cookie is safely home. After volunteers searched all morning/early afternoon with no sightings we got at call half hour ago that they believed to be him right across the other side of Hucknall off Bolingey Way, looks like he’d crossed the A611 at some point. 

Murphy is safe after 10 days!

After being hit by a car on his 2nd day missing he went to ground until he was spotted 5 days later in a field. We searched with tracker dogs, drones and on foot with no sign of him. 

He was then spotted again on Saturday 5th Sept laying in a hay field. We put cameras out with food and set the trap. Sunday he came to the camera with food and spent an hour hoovering it up then disappeared. This morning (Monday) we rebaited the camera and moved the trap closer and waited.  

At around 9pm he appeared and again ate all the food at the camera wandering round and coming back to check he hadn’t missed any. Then he disappeared for a couple of hours and reappeared at 11.40pm at the trap. A tense wait whilst he wandered round it and went in and out before finally stepping on the plate and it closed!

He was excited to see his dad, thumping his tail. He’s off to the vets tomorrow for a check although he didn’t look to have any injuries from the car hitting him but he does have a few ticks.

Wilbur is safe. After an afternoon running around the fields down in Stoke Bardolph he was finally caught by his dad. A great team of friends and our volunteers and drone pilot had been searching when he was seen near the football pitch. 

Copper has been found safe in a field on the opposite side of the village. Thank you to Mark from Harvey’s Army for flying a drone for us. 

Fantastic news, Willow has been caught. After a long 3 days with a drone, ground searchers and trackers, there were multiple sightings of her this morning in Sansom Woods across from the Longdale car park. We were driving up and down to each sighting but couldn’t see her.  

Had a call a couple had her in sight and stayed with her enticing with sausage until her owner got there when she ran straight to her mum.

Keva has been found. She had got into a garden behind her home and been blocked in the shed. 

Both found safe. They had got themselves stuck in a field and couldn’t get out.

Cello is safe. After spending two days underground in a disused sett we were able to dig him out today.  

We could actually hear him about 2 foot down crying and barking for several hours before we were allowed to dig him out.

Merry is home! She has been dumped by a car back at home.

Poppy is safe. Fantastic news this morning. Her owner sat at the site of the last sighting where we left water and sweaty socks last night and she popped out there this morning. She's a bit thirsty but otherwise ok.

Tia has been located. She was picked up and handed in at the kennels yesterday. Her owner will be collecting her. 

Cali is safe after a good few hours searching by our volunteers and the family we got a call from a gentleman called to say he’d found her up the Teversal trail and would wait by the Woodend Pub for owner to collect. 

Teddy has been found. A gentleman picked him up near the Commodore on Nuthall Road and took him to Basford Miners Welfare to keep safe. Owner now collected. 

Found safe. Ran to Grandmas house few streets away.

Louie has been found. He was kept overnight by the finder and taken to Vets 4 Pets Mansfield this morning. Owner had a call and has now collected him. 

Dolly’s family were and one of our volunteers were sat patiently waiting for a sighting around the area seen last night when they were told she’d just run across Gorsethorpe Lane into the motocross place.  

She was quickly caught by one of the family.

Suki is safe. After a good few hours searching our volunteers left the owners to sit and wait in their car where she was seen earlier in the evening. We got word there had been another sighting around midnight so her owners sat tight and waited and she returned to where the car was parked. Another happy, relieved family

Islay is safe.  Found by her mum just as we had permission to fly.

Found safe. Our volunteers were out searching with the family and had just left when I got a phone call he was on a front garden on Whittingham Road.  Sadly he bolted up on to Mapperley Top but was soon caught by his dad. 

Found safe. After information that she was seen around the new builds on Ashland Road West our volunteer Sarah spoke to the sales team and with the help of Kelly from the sales team gained entry to the building site where Shilo was caught safely.  

Nala is safe, 4 weeks to the day she went missing!  Not one sighting since the night she bolted until we had a call of a definite sighting not too far from where we had been searching and had a camera up. A farm across the road and a few fields away. We searched that night and put a camera and food up but nothing was seen overnight. Then Lesley rang to say she was there again wandering around the farm yard. We arranged to go over with more cameras and a trap and put up the drone. After an hour or so a guy living in one of the houses on the farm realised we were there and said he’d got her in his kitchen. He’d seen her when he got home from work and followed her into his garden and managed to catch her by his pond. After 4 weeks she is skin and bone and probably wouldn’t have lasted much longer. She went straight to the emergency vets.

Rhubarb is safe.

She turned up scratching at the door at home oddly wearing a different collar but she’s safe.

Found safe by her owner. She had gone a bit further towards home towards Cliff Path at Radcliffe in a field. 

Lumpy is safe. Day 7 the owner went to check the caravan site where he’d left food & scent items last night. He was told by some guys gardening they saw him at 8.00 am this morning. Our drone pilot went over to meet the owner and before he got the drone up spotted Lumpy in the distance. The owner got down on the ground and got his other dogs excitedly barking, Lumpy couldn’t resist and trotted out to see them.

We had a phone call to say he was found yesterday by callers friend. He’s in good health and happy to be home.

Fantastic news Xena has been found. Her owner got a call after seeing posts that she was near a local farm. She will be going for a vet check up. Welcome home Xena.

Teddy is safe. After a sighting this morning on Hallcroft Road Teddy was caught safe by a couple of guys who took him home and called owner. He’s back with his mum & dad now. 

Coco is safe. She was picked up on the road to Walesby and kept safe.

Gypsy is safe. She had fallen through a small gap on the decking and had been under the decking all the time without making a sound. The decking was taken apart to get her out. This is the reason we ask you to check and check again in your house and garden. When a dog is lost they mostly stay quiet.

Milo was trapped at 9.30 this morning 11/6 after giving us the run around for 5 days. He’s quite the master at hiding.  We had been out with drones and Pam from the kennels since Sunday having had several sightings but knowing he wouldn’t go to anyone, even the owner. From her own words 'the only option was to trap him'. He’s been to the vets and all good apart from a few ticks.

Lion has been found safe and was handed to PDSA.

Murphy is home. At 3am Murphy returned to the groomers where he went missing from.

Dolcie has been found hiding under a bush in next doors garden and spotted by a maintenance guy. Due to the heat we were only able to use a normal drone which didn’t detect her.

Axel has been found. Thank you to the lovely Louise who picked him up on the Epperstone bypass close to home last night to keep him safe and called us this morning. One relieved owner has collected him. 

We have mole. We had a phone call at 6.30am of a sighting on Tuxford Road.  With help from The Drone Ranger we were straight out searching. After 3 hours we walked a field and found her curled up in the hedgerow. Owner Lynne spotted her but she was so frightened but we got a lead on and she’s safe.

Theo is safely home. 

Zeus is home safe. Our volunteers and pilots had been out with the owners most of the day. Zeus finally broke cover and ran past one of our team towards home, jumped the back fence and was barking at the door to be let in. Apparently he needed a bath as he was a bit sludgy and smelly. Welcome home Zeus, stay safe.

Coco is safe. As we were driving to help there was a sighting in a field by the centre parcs entrance. Suddenly she bolted out of the field onto the main B6030 and cars had to stop. She ran back towards the fields but came onto the road again. Luckily our drone pilot jumped on his car with hazards on to slow oncoming traffic but she dodged round him and then ran straight across the road to her mum. A very scary moment but she’s safe now. 

Hunter is home. His owner believed he’d gone down a live badger set, then Hunter came running out of the woods. He has lost weight and had sandy eyes so it sounds like he’d definitely been stuck in a hole.  

Found safe and owner collecting. We had a phone call from a lovely lady who’d seen our poster. Her son had picked up this little girl last night on his way home on a remote lane and taken her home. She’d called a vets after scanning herself and was waiting a call back but saw our poster and rang us. Thank you to 'The Drone Ranger' for going out to search. 

We are devasted to let you know that Alice was found deceased on train tracks near Stanton Gate near Stapleford north of where the last sighting was. We at Notts Lost Dogs SAR are heartbroken for the family. We are so sorry we didn’t get her home safe.

After 2 long weeks of searching, our beautiful girl has finally been found. Sadly, she has now crossed over Rainbow Bridge and is running free once again, chasing squeaky balls through endless green fields, feeling the warm sunshine on her fur, with treats, cuddles, and no more pain or fear.

As a family, we are completely heartbroken, but we want to extend our deepest gratitude to Kim and the wider search and rescue team for never giving up on her. Thank you for giving us hope when we felt there was almost none left. Your compassion, dedication, and determination meant more to us than words can say.

To Jenny and Voodoo, you are truly amazing, and we are so incredibly thankful for all your efforts throughout the search.

Thank you to everyone who shared posts, searched, and kept our family in your thoughts. We will miss her forever.

Nala is home. She found her way back home.

Lucy is safe and reunited. Thank you to the gardener at Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest who managed to get her shut in a pen.   

Storm has been found near Newlands primary school.

Ruby is home safe. After a team training session we headed to Woodthorpe park at 9pm. Almost immediately we caught a dog shape on our thermal binoculars but it soon disappeared. After 2 hours searching we gave further advice to Julie the owner. Leaving the park around 11.30pm and not even home Julie rang to say she’d got home and put Ruby's bed outside and her husband spotted her walking up to the house from the window.  

Reunited. Whilst our drone pilot Alex was out with owner this morning they were told of a sighting at the allotments and raced there from the school area.  She was heard crying by the fence of the allotments by owner. Welcome home Luna, stay safe.  

Luna is safe. Found this morning in the main car park at Stapleford Woods. Now reunited with her owner. Thank you to the 'Drone Ranger' for going out to search last night.
